RecoveryBot sends SMS messages on behalf of recovery centers to their clients. These messages include appointment reminders, no-show follow-ups, waitlist notifications, and support messages.
Opt-in: Clients voluntarily provide their phone number through an intake form or directly to recovery center staff. By providing their number, clients consent to receive SMS messages related to their care at that center. The intake form makes clear that messaging is part of the service.
Opt-out: Clients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. They can reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
